Generation’s Customer Experience Specialist Program prepares you to master the skills required to build a career in the fastest-growing call center space in Pakistan. Students immerse themselves in the skills and knowledge required to be a customer service professional and a guaranteed interview opportunity at Pakistan’s leading contact center network, IBEX.
