Generation’s Customer Experience Specialist Program prepares you to master the skills required to build a career in the fastest-growing call center space in Pakistan. Students immerse themselves in the skills and knowledge required to be a customer service professional and a guaranteed interview opportunity at Pakistan’s leading contact center network, IBEX.

    COME TO THE CENTER AND COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION

    Make your way to the center, where you will be asked to complete your application for the Program. You will need to bring your original CNIC, degree and transcript.

    PASS THE BASIC TECHNICAL SKILLS TASK

    You will be asked to give a technical skills task related to the program. Don’t worry, you don’t need to have any existing knowledge or experience to be able to complete it.

    GIVE YOUR INTERVIEW

    We'll meet to go over the program requirements, income-sharing agreement, and program benefits and get to know more about you and your goals.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Matric, Intermediate, O-Levels, A-Levels
  • Be 18 – 28 years old
  • Be able to do night shifts
  • Agree to the income-sharing agreement
